The Women's League of Central Union Church is happy to announce that again this year we are able to make available
The Rewick and Scudder scholarships. Both scholarships are awarded based on need and NOT on religious affiliation. Funds for scholarships are budgeted each year, based on status of funds from the Women's League Thrift Shop and monetary gifts designated for the scholarships.
For a copy of the forms and informational fact sheet, click on the links at the bottom of the page. We hope you will distribute this to your students and counselors throughout your system. You may make additional forms or have students download from Scholarship Forms below.
These forms are slightly different from the ones used previously. It is essential that the student complete all the required information. Incomplete applications will not be considered nor any effort made to contact the student. The student may call the church office at 941-0957 and leave a message for the Chairperson to check on the status of the application.
Application Deadline is February 29, 2012
In the past academic years, one thousand (+) dollar scholarships were awarded to students throughout the state.
