Central Union Church asks that couples make a deposit
to reserve the date and time they have chosen.
This deposit will be applied to the total donation for the ceremony.
Although the deposit is not refundable, it is transferable within one year
if the date or time needs to be changed.
Please complete the bottom portion and return it to the Wedding Office
within seven (7) days of your request for a specific wedding date.

to help make your wedding a truly beautiful day to remember!
Ministerial staff will be assigned to weddings without regard
for the race, gender or sexual orientation of the minister.
The campus of Central Union Church is smoke-free and drug-free.
Central Union Church prohibits illegal conduct of any kind,
or the consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus,
and/or drunken or disorderly behavior.
Violation of any of these policies will result in
the immediate cancellation of the wedding and
all monies paid will not be returned.
