Mission/Vision Statement
To draft a proposed budget for the ensuing calendar year for submittal to the Church Council in the fall of the current
calendar year.
Who or What is this ministry directed to do?
Efforts are directed specifically toward the preparation of a
proposed budget to be submitted to the Church Council. The proposed budget will attempt to forecast the most likely revenues which the Church will receive in the calendar year and will then propose budgets for all other ministries so that expenses in the final budget will match estimated revenues.
Goals
The mission of the Budget Ministry is very specific. Goals will not change from year to year.
Upcoming projects
The Budget Ministry will work with all other Ministries for the purpose of estimating revenues and setting expense budgets for each other Ministry. This work will include the effect of upcoming projects and ongoing events in the budget.
When and what time do we meet?
The Budget Ministry members meet as needed.
